2. Entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
3. The competition commences on 24th February 2020 and closes at 16.00pm Eastern Standard Time on 23rd February 2021.
4. The promoter is Vision Planning and Home Loans Pty Ltd ABN 59 611 879 344, Suite 2, 64 Frank Street, Labrador QLD 4215. Phone: 1300 874 474.
5. Employees and their immediate family members of the promoter, promotional partners, their affiliated companies and persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter.
6. Entry is only available to residents of Australia, who correctly complete all information on the entry form and place the entry form into the entry box
7. The prize pool consists of a travel voucher for flights and accommodation to destination of choice to a maximum value of $10,000.
8. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash and are subject to availability. The prize must be redeemed within twelve months from final draw date. Booking confirmation arranged by Travel agent, nominated by promoter.
9. The prize value is inclusive of all transfers or expenses incurred to the maximum value of $10,000. It is the responsibility of any winner to have all valid passports for travel. The prize does not include any additional spending money. Any Travel Insurance is the responsibility of the winner.
10. Draw dates for the prize are 1st March 2021 at 4pm.
11. The draw will take place at 4pm at the promoter’s office. Each Winner will be determined by random draw of all entries, in the presence of an independent witness. From the 2nd of March, 2021, the winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within two days of the draw and published on the promoter’s website (www.vpf.com.au) for a period of not less than 28 days.
12. In the event of any prize not being accepted or claimed the promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw, in the presence of an independent witness from all remaining entries at 4pm 3rd May 2021 at the promoter’s office. Each winner will be determined by a random draw of all entries, in the presence of an independent witness. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within two days of each draw and published on the promoter’s website (www.vpf.com.au ) for a period of not less than 28 days.
13. All entries become the property of the promoter. Neither the sponsors nor any of the agents are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries.
14. The promoter and its associated companies and agencies shall not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss). Damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with taking any prize or part thereof. Except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable at law).
15. As a condition of entering this promotion, an entrant consents to the promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and / or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and / or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purposes of promoting, publicising or marketing this promotion (including any outcome) and, or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and / or supplied by the promoter. The promoter may also disclose information collected from entries to its related entities and affiliated supplies for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to receive further marketing offers from the promoter, its related entities or affiliated supplier, please opt out by contacting the promoter at any time.
16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, un authorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions under applicable State legislation.
17. The promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
18. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any
entrant for :-
a. Tampering with the entry process b. If the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair
and proper conduct of the promotion. The legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such offenders are reserved.
